SUMMARY
The Senior Recruiter owns full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline strategy to support Davenport Group’s growth and staff-augmentation delivery model. This new role partners closely with hiring managers to define roles, attract high-quality talent, and drive disciplined, timely hiring processes while strengthening employer brand and referral pipelines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Staff Augmentation Recruiting & Delivery Alignment
- Partner with delivery and practice leaders to understand client-driven staffing needs
- Translate project demand into recruiting priorities and pipelines
- Maintain visibility into upcoming skill gaps and capacity needs
- Ensure candidate readiness aligned to billable roles and timelines
Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership
- Lead searches from intake through offer acceptance
- Define sourcing strategies for technical and consulting roles
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through close
- Ensure consistent evaluation and selection rigor
- Negotiate offers in partnership with HR and hiring leaders
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring skill sets
- Engage passive candidates and nurture talent communities
- Track and refresh bench-ready candidates
- Leverage CRM/ATS to maintain warm pipelines
Hiring Manager Partnership & Role Calibration
- Facilitate intake sessions to clarify success profiles
- Align on competencies, level, and compensation bands
- Advise on market availability and competitiveness
- Coach managers on selection and decision criteria
Interview Process Discipline & Timelines
- Design structured interview plans and panels
- Drive timely feedback and decision cadence
- Monitor stage-to-stage conversion and bottlenecks
- Ensure consistent, equitable evaluation practices
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote Davenport Group value proposition to candidates
- Collaborate with internal teams to regularly evaluate processes to ensure success
- Support recruiting content, outreach, and campaigns

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years full-cycle recruiting (IT, consulting, or services preferred)
- Experience hiring billable technical or client-facing roles
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- Ability to influence hiring leaders and drive decisions
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES PREFERRED - Staff augmentation or professional services recruiting
- ATS/CRM pipeline management expertise
- Market mapping or talent intelligence experience
- Employer branding or referral program support
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR is strongly preferred.

- Occasional domestic travel is possibly required for training and meetings (less than 10%).
